Account Deletion

01 Overview

If you have created a FlickReply account or used account-based features, you can request deletion of your account and associated data. On iOS, the fastest way is directly within the app; on both platforms, you can also reach our support team by email. This page explains every available method and the retention rules that apply.

02 Deletion via App Settings

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the FlickReply mobile app. Requesting deletion in-app schedules your account and its data for permanent deletion 48 hours later — you can cancel the request at any time before then from the same screen.

04 Deletion Policy

Requests submitted in-app follow the automatic 48-hour schedule described above. Requests submitted by email are handled manually and take longer.

Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all premium features, and your configuration settings will be permanently removed.

05 Data Retention

FlickReply may retain limited records for legal, billing, security, and safety purposes:

• We may retain certain transaction data or logs as required by law for financial auditing and reporting.
• Information related to safety incidents or violations of our Terms of Service may be retained to prevent future abuse of our services.
• All other personal data will be purged or anonymized immediately upon account deletion.
