01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of FlickReply AI Keyboard, including the Android keyboard app, related settings, AI writing features, support services, and website.

By installing, enabling, accessing, or using FlickReply, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

02 Service Description

FlickReply is an Android keyboard app built for faster typing, smarter replies, and better writing. The app may include:

• Standard Android keyboard input with a familiar layout.
• A keyboard tools panel with clipboard history, emoji, text editing tools, and share tools.
• Keyboard resize, one-handed mode, floating keyboard, and keyboard settings.
• Privacy mode.
• Optional AI reply, rewrite, reply tone, and text refinement tools.

03 Keyboard Functionality

FlickReply functions as an Android Input Method Editor. Once enabled, it can appear in supported text fields across apps.

• You are responsible for the text you type, insert, paste, send, or publish using the keyboard.
• Keyboard behavior may vary based on Android version, device settings, app restrictions, and input field type.
• Some fields, such as passwords or secure inputs, may restrict keyboard features.

04 AI Tools

FlickReply may provide AI-powered reply suggestions, text refinement, rewriting of selected text, and reply tone changes.

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation.
• You must review AI-generated text before using, sending, or relying on it.
• Do not use AI tools to generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or spam content.
• AI features may be limited by quota, availability, network connection, plan status, or third-party provider limits.

05 Permissions

FlickReply may request Android permissions needed for keyboard operation and optional features.

• Keyboard access is required for FlickReply to work as your input method.
• Clipboard access may be used for clipboard history, subject to Android system rules.
• Accessibility or related permissions may be used only where required for supported contextual AI reply features and only according to the permissions you enable.

You can manage permissions in your device settings.

06 User Responsibilities

You agree to use FlickReply lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, overload, or disrupt the app or backend services.
• Use the app to create or distribute illegal, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as verified professional advice.
• Use FlickReply in a way that violates another app's terms, platform rules, or applicable laws.

07 Subscriptions, Quotas, and Availability

Some features may be free, limited, paid, or subject to usage quotas.

• AI requests may be limited to prevent abuse, control cost, or manage system availability.
• Premium features, if offered, may require payment through app store or other supported billing systems.
• Features may change, be paused, or be discontinued as the product evolves.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

08 Third-Party Services

FlickReply may use third-party services for AI processing, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, app distribution, payments, or infrastructure.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their independent policies.

09 Privacy

Your use of FlickReply is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how keyboard input, optional AI processing, clipboard history, and user controls are handled.

10 Intellectual Property

FlickReply's brand, website, design, custom AI experience, and app-specific content are owned by us or our licensors.

The app may include or be based on open-source components. Those components remain governed by their respective open-source licenses.

11 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

FlickReply is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including message errors, lost data, lost profits, app interruptions, third-party service issues, or reliance on AI-generated content.

12 Termination

You may stop using FlickReply at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to features if we detect misuse, abuse, legal risk, security issues, or violation of these Terms.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlickReply after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
