01 Introduction

FlickReply AI Keyboard is an Android keyboard that provides typing with a familiar layout, a keyboard tools panel with clipboard history, emoji, text editing and share tools, keyboard resize, one-handed mode, floating keyboard, privacy mode, and optional AI writing assistance.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use FlickReply and its AI features.

02 Keyboard Input

Because FlickReply works as an Android keyboard, it receives the text you type so it can provide normal keyboard functionality.

• Typing input is used to enter text into the active app.
• Keyboard behavior follows your local keyboard settings.
• We do not use normal typing input for advertising or tracking.
• Password-style and sensitive input fields are handled according to Android keyboard limitations and field behavior.

03 AI Features

AI features are optional and user-triggered. They are used for smart AI replies, reply tone changes, text refinement, and rewriting selected text.

• Text is sent for AI processing only when you actively use an AI action.
• AI features may process selected text, text in the active input field, or visible context needed to generate a useful reply.
• Standard keyboard typing can still be used without AI features.

04 Refine Feature

The Refine feature improves text already present in the active input field.

• If text is selected, FlickReply may send that selected text for refinement.
• If no text is selected, FlickReply may use the current field text to create refined versions.
• When you choose a refined version, it replaces the original selected text or field text.

05 Clipboard and Keyboard Tools

FlickReply includes keyboard tools that may interact with Android system features.

• Clipboard history helps you reuse copied text from inside the keyboard.
• Text editing and share tools act on the text in the active input field.
• Keyboard resize, one-handed mode, floating keyboard, and other preferences are stored locally on your device.

06 Privacy Mode and User Controls

FlickReply includes privacy-focused controls.

• Privacy mode helps prevent the keyboard from keeping typed history during private sessions.
• You can adjust keyboard settings and stop using AI tools at any time.
• You can manage Android permissions from your device settings.
• You can request removal of your account and associated data from the account deletion page.

07 Third-Party Services

FlickReply may use third-party providers for AI processing, app distribution, analytics, crash reporting, payments, or supporting infrastructure.

When third-party services process information, their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

08 Data Storage and Retention

FlickReply is designed to avoid unnecessary retention of message content.

• AI processing is temporary and request-based.
• We do not sell your typing content.
• Account, billing, support, quota, diagnostic, or abuse-prevention records may be retained where required to operate the service or comply with law.

09 Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by FlickReply, including secure transmission where network processing is required.

No app, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10 Children's Privacy

FlickReply is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will show a revised effective date.
